Mafhum-e-Hadith: Bistar par janey se pahle ke Azkaar
Umm Aayesha Radi Allahu Anha se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam jab (Raat ko) apney bistar par aaram farmaney ke liye jatey to apney dono haathon ki hatheliyon par Surat-al-Ikhlas, Surat-Al-Falaq and Surat-An-Naas Parh kar dam kartey phir dono haathon ko apney chehrey par aur jism ke jis hissey tak haath pahunch pata wahan phertey, aur jab Aap Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam beemar hotey to mujhe isi tarah karney ka hukm dete they.

Narrated 'Aisha Radi Allahu Anhu : Whenever Allah's Apostle went to bed, he used to recite Surat-al-Ikhlas, Surat-al-Falaq and Surat-an-Nas and then blow on his palms and pass them over his face and those parts of his body that his hands could reach. And when he fell ill, he Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam used to order me to do like that for him.
