TO MAKE THE HEART TENDER

Volume 8, Book 76, Number 437:

Narrated 'Abdullah :

The Prophet said, "The best people are those of my generation, and then those who will come after them (the next generation), and then those who will come after them (i.e. the next generation), and then after them, there will come people whose witness will precede their oaths, and whose oaths will precede their witness."

Narrated Ibn Abbas:

When the Prophet sent Muadh to Yemen, he said to him, "You are going to a nation from the people of the Scripture, so let [blue]the first thing to which you will invite them, be the Tauhid of Allah[/blue]. If they learn that, tell them that Allah has enjoined on them, five prayers to be offered in one day and one night. And if they pray, tell them that Allah has enjoined on them Zakat of their properties and it is to be taken from the rich among them and given to the poor. And if they agree to that, then take from them Zakat but avoid the best property of the people."

Word of Allaha

(Sahih Bukhari ~ Book 93 Hadith #502)
: Narrated Abu Huraira (Radi`Allahu anhu):

The Prophet (Sall`Allahu alaihi wasallam) said,

Allah (Subhanuhu wa Ta`ala) says:
'I am just as My slave thinks I am,
(i.e. I am able to do for him what he thinks I can do for him)
and I am with him if he remembers Me.
if he remembers Me in himself,
I too, remember him in Myself;
and if he remembers Me in a group of people,
I remember him in a group that is better than they;
and if he comes one span nearer to Me,
I go one cubit nearer to him;
and if he comes one cubit nearer to Me,
I go a distance of two outstretched arms nearer to him;
and if he comes to Me walking, I go to him running.' "

Hadith of the Day

Volume 1, Book 3, Number 56:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
While the Prophet was saying something in a gathering, a Bedouin came and asked him, "When would the Hour (Doomsday) take place?" Allah's Apostle continued his talk, so some people said that Allah's Apostle had heard the question, but did not like what that Bedouin had asked. Some of them said that Alllah's Apostle had not heard it. When the Prophet finished his speech, he said, "Where is the questioner, who enquired about the Hour (Doomsday)?" The Bedouin said, "I am here, O Allah's Apostle ." Then the Prophet said, "When honesty is lost, then wait for the Hour (Doomsday)." The Bedouin said, "How will that be lost?" The Prophet said, "When the power or authority comes in the hands of unfit persons, then wait for the Hour (Doomsday.)"

Hadith of the Day about suckled breast

Volume 1, Book 3, Number 88:
Narrated 'Abdullah bin Abi Mulaika:
'Uqba bin Al-Harith said that he had married the daughter of Abi Ihab bin 'Aziz. Later on a woman came to him and said, "I have suckled (nursed) Uqba and the woman whom he married (his wife) at my breast." 'Uqba said to her, "Neither I knew that you have suckled (nursed) me nor did you tell me." Then he rode over to see Allah's Apostle at Medina, and asked him about it. Allah's Apostle said, "How can you keep her as a wife when it has been said (that she is your foster-sister)?" Then Uqba divorced her, and she married another man.

Forgiveness

Anas reported: The messenger of Allah (saws) said:

"Allah the Exalted has said: 'O son of Adam, I forgive you as long as you pray to Me and hope for My forgiveness, whatever sins you have committed. O son of Adam, I do not care if your sins reach the height of the heaven, then you ask for my forgiveness, I would forgiv...e you. O son of Adam, if you come to Me with an earth load of sins, and meet Me associating nothing to Me, I would match it with an earthload of forgiveness.'" (at-tirmidhi)

God-fearing

It is not righteousness that you turn your faces towards East or West; but it is righteousness to believe in God and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers, to spend of your substance, out of love for Him, for your kin, for orphans, for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those who ask, and for the ransom of slaves, to be steadfast in prayers, and practice regular charity; to fulfill the contracts which you made; and to be firm and patient in pain (or suffering) and adversity and throughout all periods of panic. Such are the people of truth, the God-fearing. (2:177)

Treat Women Nicely

Sahih Bukhari: Volume 4, Book 55, Number 548:
Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah 's Apostle said, "Treat women nicely, for a women is created from a rib, and the most curved portion of the rib is its upper portion, so, if you should try to straighten it, it will break, but if you leave it as it is, it will remain crooked. So treat women nicely."

Anas bin Malik narrated that the Prophet (pbuh) said:

When Allah created the earth it began to shake. Then Allah created the mountains and put them on it. Then the earth became stable. The angels marvelled at the strength of the mountains.They said: 0, Lord, is there anything in Your creation that is stronger than mountains?
Allah said: Yes, iron.They said: 0, Lord, is there anything in Your creation that is stronger than iron?
Allah said: Yes, fire.They said: 0, Lord, is there anything in Your creation that is stronger than fire?
Allah said: Yes, water.They said: 0, Lord, is there anything in Your creation that is stronger than water?
Allah said: Yes, wind.They said: 0, Lord, is there anything in Your creation that is stronger than wind?
Allah said: Yes, a person who gives charity with his right hand and hides it from his left hand.

Jumma Mubarak

“O you who believe (Muslims)! When the call is proclaimed for the Salaah (prayer) on Friday (Jumu‘ah prayer), come to the remembrance of Allaah [Jumu‘ah religious talk (Khutbah) and Salaah (prayer)] and leave off business (and every other thing). That is better for you if you did but know!” (Al-Jumu’ah 62:9)
